    This adorable vintage plush otter has such a cute face. He was made by Wildlife Artists, Inc in 1997. He is brown and cream with black back paws. He has brown/black plastic eyes so he shouldn't be given to a child under 3 years old. He is approximately 7.5" L and he can stay on his back if you'd like.
